GAIP Integration Repair Agent

Now part of GAIP's front door (Check and GAIP Watch; Diagnose). Go to GAIP Integration & Protocol Agent. Its diagnosis is also the gaip_diagnose tool on /mcp. This agent stays callable here with the same tools.

Tools

gaip_diagnose_integration_failure: Use this when an agent, MCP or API call failed ("why did my call fail?", "what does this 429 mean?"). Pass the `failure` ({code, detail}) or the raw error text.
gaip_supplier_reliability: Diagnose a failed supplier call next to the supplier changes GAIP observed around that time (correlation, not causation).
